Our Services. Wesson Moving delivers Junk Hauling, Moving Company, Full Service Movers, Furniture Moving, Estate Cleanout, Junk Hauler, Moving Labor, Residential Moving. Site content is for informational purposes only and is not a guarantee of availability or pricing.

User Conduct. You are responsible for any information you submit and for maintaining the confidentiality of any account access. You agree to use the Site lawfully.

Payment Terms. Pricing is communicated in writing prior to engagement. Refund eligibility, if any, is set in your service agreement.

Account Closure. Wesson Moving reserves the right to deny or revoke Site access at any time, particularly upon violation of these Terms.

Disclaimers. The Site is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Wesson Moving makes no representations regarding accuracy, reliability, or availability of Site content.

Limitation of Liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Wesson Moving's aggregate liability arising from these Terms or your use of the Site is limited to the amount you paid Wesson Moving in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Indemnity. You agree to defend and indemnify Wesson Moving from claims, including reasonable attorney fees, that result from your use of the Site or breach of these Terms.

Law and Venue. AL law applies to these Terms. Any action arising from these Terms shall be filed in courts of competent jurisdiction in AL.

Changes to Terms. We may update these Terms periodically. Changes are effective upon posting. Continued Site use after changes means you accept the revisions.
